Just thought I’d let you know, as no one else seems to have made this clear to you. Getting it from +9 to +10 won’t make that much of a difference. I feel like it shouldn't need to be mounted. Sure it makes teleporting convenient, but consider the fact that Xeric's Talisman can stack up to around 2k charges (I think?), whereas other teleporting jewellery only can hold 6 charges. Therefore I think that it's probably best for it to not be in the POH to be honest.
